How to Register as a New Patient
Step 1
Call or Book Online
Call (289) 652-0999 or book your first appointment online through our Ocean Health portal. Let our staff know you are registering as a new patient.
Step 2
Bring Your Documents
Bring your OHIP card and a valid government-issued photo ID. If you have previous medical records or a list of medications, bring those too.
Step 3
Meet Dr. Riaz
Your first visit is a comprehensive new-patient assessment. Dr. Riaz will review your medical history, current concerns, and health goals.
Step 4
OHIP Covered
Most services are fully covered by OHIP. There is no out-of-pocket cost for the majority of family medicine visits.
