We're currently accepting new patients. Here's what to expect on your first visit.

Call or Walk In
Call us at (289) 652-0999 or walk in during clinic hours to register as a new patient. No referral needed.

Bring Your Health Card
Please bring your valid Ontario Health Card (OHIP). If you don't have one yet, ask us about self-pay options.

Complete Your Intake
You'll fill out a brief health history form so Dr. Riaz can understand your background before your first appointment.

Meet Dr. Riaz
Your first visit is a comprehensive get-to-know-you appointment. Dr. Riaz will review your history and discuss your health goals.
